crwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and crwin ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the crwin website, mobile browser interface, and any services, games, promotions or features made available through crwin. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of crwin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the crwin platform. crwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026.

To register and use crwin you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering under your own legal identity. Corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold another active crwin account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate personal information including your real name, Bangladesh mobile phone number and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any crwin employee. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts.

crwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of Bangladesh residency. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. crwin's determination of eligibility is final.

Each player may hold only one crwin account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which will be verified by one-time password (OTP) at the time of registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify crwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

• Account information must be kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. If your registered phone number or personal details change, update your account immediately by contacting support.
• crwin may at any time require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Funds may be withheld pending verification where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Accounts registered with false information, or where the registered individual is later found to be ineligible, will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited without appeal.

crwin does not permit the transfer or sale of accounts between individuals. Account access credentials must not be shared with any third party. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all account funds.

All deposits and withdrawals on crwin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crwin supports the following Bangladesh payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via these methods are credited to your crwin wallet instantly upon successful transfer.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your crwin wallet.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction may apply and are published in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). crwin is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or network outages.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawal to third-party payment accounts is strictly not permitted.

crwin reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where deposit amounts are unusually large or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in funds being withheld pending investigation.

crwin offers a welcome bonus and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each specific promotion may carry additional terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have met all eligibility requirements, hold a fully verified account, and have made a qualifying deposit in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• crwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of promotion terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

All games available on crwin are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published rules, available within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets. crwin does not control game outcomes — all results are governed by the respective provider's RNG systems.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. crwin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will be treated as prohibited conduct.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. Bets may not be cancelled by the player once accepted. In the event of a technical failure interrupting a game, bets will be settled in accordance with the game provider's rules for incomplete rounds.
• Sports betting markets and odds are provided in real time. crwin reserves the right to void any bet where an odds error has occurred due to a technical fault or data feed error, and to correct settled bets where a manifest error in odds is identified post-settlement.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is submitted. Delays in internet connection may affect available odds — the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crwin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent eligibility restrictions including the minimum age requirement.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing strategic information during live casino games in real time, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. crwin is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute any deposit transaction through a payment provider after the funds have been used for betting on crwin. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and may be pursued through legal channels.

crwin employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit behaviour and account activity in real time. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended without prior notice and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

crwin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request for self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered Bangladesh mobile number.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be paid to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Where closure is due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, crwin reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

crwin is committed to responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic. crwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, available by contacting [email protected] at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is locked and no deposits, bets or withdrawals may be made.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, contact crwin support at [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crwin, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the crwin platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

crwin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

crwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of crwin following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. crwin recommends reviewing this page each time you access the platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
